Authors must submit original, unpublished, and non-plagiarized manuscripts.

Simultaneous submission of the same manuscript to multiple journals is not allowed.
Authors must disclose any conflicts of interest.
Final acceptance is subject to peer review and the decision of the Editorial Board. IJMRI reserves the right to reject any submission without explanation if it violates quality or ethical standards.

3. Reviewer & Editorial Rights

The peer review process is confidential, and reviewers’ identities are protected.
Editors may recommend revisions or reject papers at any stage if manuscripts do not meet standards or policies.
The Editorial Board reserves the right to make minor edits to language and formatting before publication.

4. Publication Policy & Charges

Accepted manuscripts are subject to Article Processing Charges (APC), details of which are provided to authors upon acceptance.
Fees, once paid, are non-refundable, except in cases of withdrawal before the editorial decision.
IJMRI maintains an open-access policy, meaning published content is freely available online for academic and research purposes.

5. Copyright & License

Upon acceptance, authors grant IJMRI the right to publish, archive, and distribute the work in any format (print, electronic, or online).
Authors retain moral rights and recognition for their work.
Unless otherwise stated, IJMRI publishes under a Creative Commons Attribution License (CC BY 4.0), allowing sharing and citation with proper credit.

6. Disclaimer of Liability

IJMRI, its editors, or reviewers are not responsible for the accuracy of data, opinions, or conclusions in published articles.
The responsibility for the content lies solely with the authors.
IJMRI disclaims liability for any loss, damages, or disputes arising from the use of published materials.

7. Privacy & Data Use

Personal data collected through submission forms (name, email, affiliation) is used only for editorial and communication purposes.
IJMRI does not sell or misuse author/reviewer data.
Users must comply with all applicable data protection laws.

8. Compliance & Ethical Standards

IJMRI follows international publishing ethics and standards, including but not limited to:

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India.
Any disputes shall fall under the jurisdiction of competent courts in Himachal Pradesh, India.
